When I'm
doing
research on
the Web, I
don't want
to bookmark
thousands of
sites for
each
project.
Instead, I
copy the
information
I need and
paste it
into a
Microsoft
Word
document.
Unfortunately,
the
formatting
and graphics
of a webpage
are often
pasted with
the text.
Today I
will show
you an easy
work-around
that will
keep you
from
suffering
from this
inconvenience
in the
future.
1. In
your
browser,
highlight
the text you
want to copy
on the
webpage.
2. Press
Ctrl+C or
right-click
and choose
copy.
3. In
Microsoft
Word, click
Edit and
choose Paste
Special.
4. Select
"Unformatted
Text" and
press OK.
You
should see
only the
text from
the webpage.
